Dlatego te\u017c konflikt zwi\u0105zany z u\u017cytkowaniem przestrzeni miejskiej jest kluczow\u0105 kwesti\u0105, kt\u00f3r\u0105 nale\u017cy si\u0119 zaj\u0105\u0107 si\u0119 w planowaniu miast 15 minutowych. W wielu przypadkach w procesie planowania i podejmowania decyzji takie konflikty nie mog\u0105 by\u0107 rozwi\u0105zane w drodze konsensusu. Kluczowym elementem tego projektu jest zdobywanie wiedzy na temat praktyk i proces\u00f3w planowania, z&nbsp;uwzgl\u0119dnieniem politycznego i kontrowersyjnego charakteru wprowadzanych zmian w&nbsp;przestrzeni miejskiej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W ramach projektu, prace s\u0105 podzielone pomi\u0119dzy jednostki Politechniki Krakowskiej:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Katedr\u0119 Planowania Przestrzennego, Projektowania Urbanistycznego i\u00a0Ruralistycznego A-05;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Katedr\u0119 Pojazd\u00f3w Szynowych i Transportu M-08.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za koordynacj\u0119 projektu odpowiada Uniwersytet w Malmo (Szwecja). Kierownikiem projektu po stronie Politechniki Krakowskiej jest dr hab. in\u017c. arch. Rafa\u0142 Blazy, prof.
